I am the Founder of Vital Guidance, Inc., a life management advisory company dedicated to helping individuals, families, organizations, and communities make better life decisions. Through education, coaching, and strategic guidance, Vital Guidance focuses on the areas that shape long-term success – relationships, health, financial well-being, and giving back.

With more than 32 years of experience in financial services, estate planning, and wealth management, I have expanded my life’s work beyond finance to help people manage life as a whole.  My philosophy is simple: Life is more than a portfolio.

I am also the creator of the Certified Life Management Advisor (CLMA) program, an innovative certification designed to equip professionals with the communication, coaching, and life management skills needed to better serve individuals, families, and businesses.  I am leading the development of specialized CLMA tracks for financial professionals, child welfare case managers, educators, nonprofit leaders, and other helping professions.

In addition, I am the Founder of the Premier Players Sports Foundation, a national nonprofit organization that helps orphaned, foster, special needs, and at-risk youth participate in sports while developing the life skills needed to thrive beyond the game. The Foundation created the first pure fan-based awards for both college and professional sports, giving fans a direct voice in recognizing outstanding athletic achievement while promoting character, leadership, and community impact.

I have coached youth soccer, baseball, and softball for nearly 20 years, using sports as a platform to teach leadership, teamwork, character, and faith-based life lessons to young athletes and their families.
